Questions
Is Personal really free?
Yes. The engine, app, CLI and MCP server are free for personal use with no limit on memories. We charge for sync, sharing and support because those cost us money to run.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing. Your memories are in a SQLite file on your disk. Cancelling stops sync and sharing; the local engine keeps working on the Personal plan.
Do you train on my memories?
No. Extraction and embeddings run on your device. Sync is end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read it.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, flip the toggle at the top. Yearly plans get two months free and one invoice.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund in the first 30 days, no questions asked.
