Terms

The Esfis app, CLI and MCP server are licensed for personal and commercial use on the Personal plan at no cost. You may not redistribute the binaries or remove the license notices. The SDKs are MIT licensed.

Pro and Team are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Full refund within the first 30 days. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Everything you store in Esfis is yours. We claim no rights over it and use it only to provide the service you asked for. For Team spaces, the workspace owner is responsible for having the right to share what is shared.

Esfis is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Memory is a best effort; keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

We will announce material changes to these terms in the changelog and by email to paying customers at least 30 days in advance.
